 Pastors Charles and Betty Holden have spent much of their lives ministering to others. Married in September of 1958, they have five children and eleven grandchildren.
In October 1976, they sold their home and began traveling across the United States singing with their family and ministering the love of Christ to those in need.
Now residing in Canton, Georgia, they dedicate their time to studying the Word. Both Pastors hold earned degrees from CLST. It is more than book knowledge; however, that they possess. Their faithfulness to God over the years is a shining light to others and a living testimony of God’s faithfulness to His children.
The Pastors’ goal is that they be able to impart practical wisdom, counsel, stability and strength to others to fight the good fight of faith for their own families and for the kingdom of God. Their desire for Christian Praise Center is that it be a place where your family meets God’s family.

About the Church:
 Pastors Charles and Betty Holden pioneered the work of Christian Praise Center in November of 1989 when they held the first service in their home. The church was later relocated to 1510 Sixes Road on November 4, 1990. That building will be remodeled to be used for other ministry outreach in the future. Work began on the new building in 1997. The first service in this present location was held on February 14, 1999.
